You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by selecting the unsubscribe link included in an email.

We may still send non-promotional messages when reasonably necessary to:

  • Complete a transaction;
  • Administer an event registration;
  • Respond to an inquiry;

  • Communicate an important change affecting an existing registration or relationship; or

5. Mobile Messaging, SMS, MMS, and RCS

When you enroll in the Pride Houston 365 mobile messaging program, we may collect:

  • Your opt-in and opt-out status;

  • Communications exchanged through the program;

Mobile Information Sharing

Pride Houston 365 does not sell or rent mobile telephone numbers, mobile messaging opt-in information, messaging consent records, or related mobile data.

Mobile information may be disclosed only to service providers that help us operate and deliver the messaging program. These service providers may use mobile information only to perform services on behalf of Pride Houston 365 or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

All categories of data use and disclosure described in this Privacy Policy exclude mobile messaging opt-in information and consent records when the proposed use or disclosure is for advertising, marketing, promotional, or other purposes unrelated to providing the messaging program.

If you have a safety or privacy concern related to event photography, please contact Pride Houston 365 before the event when possible.

We cannot guarantee the removal of photographs or recordings created independently by attendees, news organizations, venues, or other third parties.

Third-party services maintain their own privacy policies and practices. Pride Houston 365 is not responsible for the content, security, availability, or privacy practices of services we do not control.

Pride Houston 365 may operate youth or family programs.
