Help shape the 49th Annual Pride Festival & Parade. Pride Houston 365 invites artist, designers, and creative minds to submit an original theme and accompany logo for our 2027 celebration.
We want to see your creativity and your vision for what Pride means to Houston. The selected design will help shape the look and feel of our 2027 Festival & Parade, appearing across official promotional materials, digital platforms, and event branding.

Rules
- Eligibility: Applicants must be 18 or older and have a meaningful connection to the LGBTQ+ community. We should decide whether to require a Houston connection or accept nationwide submissions.
Originality: All artwork must be original, and entrants must have permission to use every incorporated element. AI-generated artwork should be addressed explicitly in the final rules.
Submission: Each entry must include a proposed theme, theme explanation, logo design, and design description.
Design requirements: The logo should be legible at small sizes, work on light and dark backgrounds, and adapt to print, merchandise, digital media, and large-scale signage.
Brand protection: The official Pride Houston® 365 identity must not be altered or incorporated without approved brand assets and guidelines.
Selection: Pride Houston will review eligible submissions, shortlist finalists, and conduct public voting. Final selection authority and the weight of public voting must be established before the competition opens.
Artwork rights: Entrants retain ownership of non-winning submissions. The winning artist must execute a written rights agreement covering official use, reproduction, modification, and merchandise before publication.
Recognition: The winner will receive public recognition through Pride Houston channels. Any cash prize or additional benefits must be announced before entries open.
